DISABILITY SERVICES

At Justice College, we are committed to ensuring equal access to education for all students. We provide reasonable accommodations and support services for students with documented disabilities to ensure they can fully participate in and benefit from our academic programs, campus life, and other opportunities.

Our Commitment

Justice College complies with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We prohibit discrimination based on disability and are dedicated to removing barriers that may limit educational access for students with disabilities.

Eligibility for Accommodations

Students seeking accommodations must provide appropriate documentation of their disability from a licensed healthcare professional. This documentation helps us to understand the nature of the disability and the type of accommodations that would be most effective.

Services Offered

Our disability services include, but are not limited to:
- Academic accommodations (e.g., extended time on exams, note-taking assistance)
- Accessible course materials
- Physical access accommodations for campus facilities

How to Request Accommodations

1. Contact Disability Services – Reach out to our Dean of Students, Donlan Page, by emailing dpage@justicecollege.org.
2. Submit Documentation – Provide documentation from a licensed healthcare professional that outlines the nature of your disability and recommended accommodations.
3. Meet with Disability Services – After submitting your documentation, you will meet with a Disability Services Coordinator to discuss your needs and develop a personalized accommodation plan.
